All one hundred and fifteen pounds of Lucky Lackey will never graduate from high school due to the fact he is believed to be the superstitious Rats' lucky charm. He is forced to suit up by the demon citizens or be whipped by their sadistic hands with a torturous device that leaves him scarred for life.
