My name is Logan Thayer & my life is pretty wild at the moment, but I’m surrounded by positive, energetic & amazing people who are supportive towards each other & each of our individual endeavors. It is not an easy thing to come by these days, so I’m thankful for that.
I’m a jack of all trades these days really. I’m a musician, a bartender, I just started my own clothing brand recently called Trendkillers Club & I’m currently in the works of starting my own screen printing business. The opportunity to voice act was something new for me, but I felt comfortable due to years of touring & being on stage. I love the outdoors & invest my time & energy in learning new skills, mountain biking, running, going to the gym, growing my knowledge in my crafts, investing, reading & having a lot of fun along the way. I appreciate all the opportunities I’ve been given at this point & look forward to the future & the success of all of my fellow amazing friends as well!
I performed Rusty Miller & Brett Michaels. I connected with both on different terms. I feel as if there’s a little bit of my personality in both characters. One character is more of a soft-hearted lover and one is a kinky sex-fiend. I definitely can be either one of those personalities depending on the day!
FAVORITE DBB CHARACTER
I’d say just because of the fact that I had to perform such an out-there role for Brett Michaels, it’s something I had to put a lot of me into & he’s a freak which is entertaining, so I’m fond of that character due to the work it took & the fact that he’s wild, to say the least.
FAVORITE DBB ART
I personally love how the cover came together. It lets your imagination run wild.
The whole sex scene I performed was an experience! That scene forced me
out of my comfort zone, therefore, it was no line in general, but that whole scene!
FAVORITE DBB SONG
At this time, I can’t recall exact song titles, but I do think Brandon Leith nailed every sound he was going for & I was beyond impressed with the diversity in each song & his ability to nail the key points in each sound.
HOW DID YOU LEARN ABOUT DEVIL'S BACKBONE: THE INVISIBLE WALLS OF SEVEN MILE?
My best friend Tyler Burgess brought me in the mix along with his brother Jerry Burgess via our mutual great friend Bryan Caudill.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A VOICE ACTOR?
First & foremost, the opportunity, but also the love of performing on stage & trying something new.
HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THE BOOK?
I feel positive & honored to be a part of this journey. I’ve often thought of writing my own book in the future, so it’s a great learning experience with awesome people. I feel excited to see what adventure comes with al of the hard work. I think the book is a creative piece of art that could potentially become a cult-classic.
HOW WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE IN THE STUDIO?
It was a blast! It was organized, professional, but insanely fun & the hospitality was top notch. Great people & even greater times had! [George & Brandon] made me feel comfortable & allowed me to be myself while helping me with direction & positive reinforcement when needed.
